Hi, I’m Olya.

Ever since I was little, I’ve been doodling on letters to friends and in the margins of school notes, adding tiny illustrations to lift the words and bring my ideas to life, helping me remember the important. I’ve always loved noticing the small things: morning light at breakfast, shadows cast by trees, the soul of architecture and interiors, perhaps inevitable when growing up in St Petersburg, my hometown, which I still consider the most beautiful city, despite and because of its mists and melancholy.

After spending years working and applying my creativity across the fields of linguistics, PR, and interior design, I gradually found myself drawn back to visual storytelling. So I made the leap and studied illustration and animation at Bournemouth University, followed by Central Saint Martins in London.

Now I get to live out my childhood dream, creating hand-drawn illustrations for all sorts of wonderful clients: creative agencies, private commissions, couples planning their weddings, venues, and businesses looking for that personal, handmade touch in their visual identity.
